Welcome to Zebedeus in the city centre of the Hague - a contemporary restaurant in a historical building

When Open daily from 11.00 for coffee, tea, homemade cakes and fresh juices. Lunch is from 12.00 to 17.00 with sandwiches, soups and salads. Dinner is from 17.30 to 21.30 with an a la carte menu and the daily specials.

Where We are housed on the side of the Grote Kerk (Big Church), also called Saint Jacobskerk, in the middle of the centre of The Hague. In the summer you can also enjoy sitting on our terrace at the historical churchyard while the city passes you by.

Why Saint Jacob (the church) was the son of Zebedeus (the restaurant), a fisherman at the lake of Galilea. The opposite site of the street is called Riviervismarkt (River Fish Market).

The food We only use fresh ingredients and you can expect free range eggs and fish that is not been overly fished or breeded in a harmful way.
